Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Payscale, work life balance and benefits, no bonus, no proper appraisals, no outings, can layoff anytime, can ask u to login forcefully on Weekends.

No job security n nt great with increament or bonus... No diwali or any kind of gift which we normally we get in any company... I really loved the place bt when there is no job security after working hard it is not worth anything really...

Honest truth my junior is getting more salary than me. These people make this work place a dumpster. I have an entire ongoing list!!

Very low rate of hikes ( peanuts) More of buttering culture Hard working people are not rewarded or recognised Less salary Horrible Hr leads They make you sign agreement so that you don’t join big brands or client, in case your client wants you to convert into full time employee they can’t do it due to agreement. So basically you’ve to leave the job and then after 2 months you can join them.
