Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards

nothing,,,our salary got deducted 50% which is not supposed to be happened..... and that too for 3 months and no appraisal till now...

i dislike everything except salary date.... bt still almost half of my salary doesnt get mention on my salary slip and HR told me that its not my CTC. Relocation amount is not my Cost to company then atleast make it clear that what it is? and it never get mentioned on my salary.

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
