THEY ARE SUPPORTING SOME TIME BUT AFTER COMPLTING MY CONTRACT THEY WILL NOT ARRANGE NEW JOB FOR OTHER SITES OR Other COMPANY IN THE Time of covid because they all are saying about Corona.

Enviourment is worst for managers and non adherance of protocols towards by down the line. Upperline managers are quite even after reporting.

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
