The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. There is no efforts to import in terms of employment engagement and growth.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary is on time, Staff's are good, communication is good. But you never ever get salary increment in this company even you work for life time. Kindly think twice before joining

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
