Only thing I like, jamsedhpur division working with tata steel ltd.

1. Job security is less 2. Salary not in time. 3. HR of jamshedpur division in incompatible. 4. Work process are not constructive. Document shorting process is too bad. 5. Most important is, Hr and his assistances are not pickup the calls or reply in massage. 6. They don't have any perfect information how to pay salary and other benefits.

It's a consultancy. So it totally depends on where you are going to work and what type of career growth you will get through this consultancy.

No in time salary. No in time HR work taken care for employees salary account, salary slip, mail id, pf details.

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.
