Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

They don't Help Employees They don't want to know about Employees problems Even They Don't give My Salary of 1 Months 14 Days of Salary Also. Even Mails were not Reply by time......etc

Payscale, work life balance and benefits, no bonus, no proper appraisals, no outings, can layoff anytime, can ask u to login forcefully on Weekends.

No job security n nt great with increament or bonus... No diwali or any kind of gift which we normally we get in any company... I really loved the place bt when there is no job security after working hard it is not worth anything really...
