No job security n nt great with increament or bonus... No diwali or any kind of gift which we normally we get in any company... I really loved the place bt when there is no job security after working hard it is not worth anything really...

Salary was good. HR was good. HR department helpful if there is any problem after living the company.

It is a third party recruitment company, there for if something happens there, they don't take action quickly.

Job security is zero, if you are offboarded by the client project you will be release from Randstad also. no sitting on bench or notice period.
