Honest truth my junior is getting more salary than me. These people make this work place a dumpster. I have an entire ongoing list!!

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Payscale, work life balance and benefits, no bonus, no proper appraisals, no outings, can layoff anytime, can ask u to login forcefully on Weekends.
