...rp. My colleague and senior are so helpful, so we work happily in collaboration. In one word salary satisfaction and job satisfaction both of get in company.

There have no major dislike reason.but some few months my company growth slow, many projects has in company hand but money problem. For this reason the work pressure is very high when coming out project despatch time. I have work over duty hours,and next coming before duty times.my health slowly go to bad.

Working at rana Udyog, as a mechanical engineer is like a dream comes true. I am fortunate enough to learn under Mr. D. K. Ray, who has an vast experience of 50 years in rolling mill section. The challenges i am facing here as an assistant engineer is enriching my knowledge level & benefitting me as an engineer. Rana Udyog is such a workplace where i have found the colleagues are very cooperative, knowledgeable & helpful in manner. Designing rolling mill equipments & heavy machineries often requires past experience with a good visualisation power. My colleagues are helping me from both the aspects. The management authority is also good by means of helping their employees with a humanity touch.

Just the working hours is the only thing to like about the company

Dislikes

Everything starting from Personal career growth, to Salary, benefits, appraisals, employee benefits nothing is in order of this company. The management doesn't think about the employee and their welfare for a single instance, oh and the cherry on the top is Salary never gets credited on time.
