I had to launch products in New Areas freely therefore I proved my potential because quality of products was very good and free hand was given to me

When I achieved more than double of the target I was not paid incentives as much promised and in my area of dealing some new candidates were appointed due to which dealers started becoming unsatisfied due to poor tackling
