Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No job security.. they throw out people after heimtex . Ask to work for extra hours without salary. Increment does not exist in there dictionary. Politics is played by the owner itself . No exposure to buyers , fairs they don't even let you visit for sourcing and market research. in short working in Ramesh impex is wastage of time .

Dislikes

The boss himself plays politics so that no team forms . And most importantly they throw there employees at any time they want
