They are doing modern discriminations by giving higher package and Higher designation to the guys/girls coming from premium and top private institutions. But the actual work done by them are very minimal and entry level jobs. On the other hand, they are paying very less and entry level designations even for the lateral resources and assigning the tasks and projects to them like a hell. In simple worlds except Tamilians all the other race are getting paid higher and with strong designation. Only the Telugu and Hindi people are getting paid higher and deployed with super dooper roles.

Job Security was high provided there was consistent performance. The fellow coworkers were friendly.

Dislikes

...to work till 8 most of the time, without any adequate compensation for overtime. There was a lack of promotion as well as salary hike even after working for two years.

The seniors at work give continuous support, you can ask even very basic thing. You can easily balance work and life. You have job security. The trainings on every related technology is best.

Salary is quite low, no bonuses, no appraisals.

This was my first company and so it is really close to my heart. Work culture is really good in this company. Very friendly working environment. Beware of Team Leads they may or may not be good.If they are good then you will be happy here. I got recruited here through Campus recruitment process. This company recruits candidates from NIT ,IIT , BITS and IIMs. So if you are from prestigious colleges then you will get many employees like you. When I joined here I had the same college like feeling. HR policies are really good. My manager was very kind. She was very humble. If you are a fresher and want to build up your career in SQL/Database then this is good company.

mostly Saturday is a working day, and you will not get any compensation for that . Team lead will give you enough work so that you can enjoy your Saturday in office. :P

Learning aspects on SQL You will be treated as a family member . But that's where a twist exists !

...east have some sense /Stop telling the story ( when we about to say the status .lol) /Are you really capable to do the work ?/Are you fit for the role? / Why we need to pay for you ?/ its a end less list. To the management : Seriously its a time to give training to all the TLs and managers to how to treat a human first and then team mates. Not recorded anything what I not experienced . Thank you !
