Management, from H.R to higher authority. Get start work from employee without providing offer later and spreading false messages about employees to not pay their salary. It is unorganised firm . Rather then spending working day with such firm better to seat unemployed.

The HR team and management will be good till the time employee is working with them but the minute they leave Hr team and management will not cooperate at all , won't pick up phones, won’t reply to mails and will give stupid reasons for not responding. There’s no job security, they can remove anyone at any point of time giving unreasonable reasons but the only hidden reason would be “that the employee’s cost is too high” (it was very obvious that you employed the person and the perks were fixed accordingly and now you only can’t bear the cost).Lot of corporate politics is being done and you’ll encounter people who’ll do anything to satisfy their ego and no wonder you’ll find them in top management.

False promises, culture of shouting and screaming, late reimbursement for out of pocket expenses with deductions without any sufficient reasons, no care of employees, work life imbalance

the are conducting in-house training and also external training as well, would really like to appreciate that, salaries are literally half on paper till this lockdown continues which is good because its better than nothing

training given to people are sometime of no use in current time for e.g if an employee is working of IFC and his work is going to continue for approx more than 3 months currently giving him training on Bill passing is of no use. Working are in paper are 9 hrs i.e 10-7 but if u leave before 7:30ish than too people are like aaj itna jaldi, even though u came on time, did ur work got seniors approval than to

Pathetic organisation to work fr... Malafide mindset, harassed employees while covid pandemic was going on,, threatened employees via police, asked upto 1 crore for defamation case, deducted salary upto 55% that top retrospective .... Its better to be unemployed rather than working here....
