Selfish Management, Nevee respect good employees and deliberately exploit them. Outside world show they are philanthropic but real sense they don't give right due to deserving employees rather make fun of them.

Salary discrimination refers to the unfair treatment of employees... It occurs when employees are paid less than others who perform the same job with the same level of skill, and experience.... This practice is illegal and can lead to negative consequences for the employees who are affected by it.

In the view of work life balance and company culture it's good, but in Salary side it's much good because at the time of recruitment HR team ask high package but at time of final selection they negotiate and not provide that they were ask.

...ployees even for two years. They only give importance to regional level mangers. They won't give salary based on experience. This is worst.....

Salary credit in Bank account with 2 days of month end. Job security is very good. Good job for freshers

Dislikes

Computer is old and not working properly. Office facilities are third class. Salary structure is very lesser and not sufficient for several. Management doesn't address our issues.
