Nothing, only the office infrastructure is good. Else it is a very bad place to work.

... will be considering themselves as the puppet of the Japanese higher management. Salary won't be processes on time here. Also, that manager named Tanai Sati (currently working in Ericsson as a TL), he used to schedule a call with his teams on a daily basis and then he would scold everyone in really unprofessional manner. He would ask everyone to show what work they did the whole day by sharing their screens. He would disrespect his own resources by scolding and demeaning in front of other teams in meetings. His manager Pradeep Goyal will encourage him in micromanagement. So, I will suggest everyone not to join this organization. It's not with only these mangers but the whole management is doing politics and ill mannered.

Can provide WFH at emergency. People are good, management is not.

If you were joined before Rakuten takeover then you would have good package. No recognition for hard work and talent. No space for promotion and corporate ladder.

I didn't like anything about Rakuten symphony.

They give only 2 to 5 percent increament to fresher. Which is worst appraisal. Even they didn't give my bonus. And My bonus is given to those people who are favourite of managers. Thats how this organisation works.

Fraud Company. Deducted salary for 2 month. After working full time even Saturday and Sunday also.

...st experience. Lot of politics in Company. From Hr To Manager. No job security. I loss 2 month salary.
