Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Very Bad and cheating company. Even in a single month the company has not paid full month Salary. Paid and treated like as a commission Agent. The company has swindled our teams Salary and Travelling expenses amount.This company should be listed as a black listed company and definitely GOD WILL SHOW THEM THIS SITUATION

...rough distribution and anyone who send money to company, company will bill them. Havey rate cutting and for marking attendance present when ever not present, pay 2500 to Sri Niwas, he will mark present.

Havey cutting in rate. If distributor billed at Rs 81/bottle, same product available in mkt @ 65/ bottle.

Not a good place to work in prospect of growth & learning..

Work-life balance - Excellent

There is a lot of politics and the management listen only to some person, no salary increase since last 2 years, there is no KT, you can join if you have nothing to do & no other opportunity. It's like one person of account running the co. & job security nil, there is no Professionalism, talking sense of seniors very bad.
