Refused to provide joining documents to employees Random deduction of salary claiming late coming Salary payments not made on time Not providing paid leave Tiny and cluttered office Can fire any time depending on mood Whimsical management They expect you to travel here and there but won't reimburse your travel expenses Refused to pay salary during notice period Almost all ex-employees badmouth them due to their vindictive actions against employees

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
