No,job Secorty only depend on hard working, good working culture,management is too good,but not sistematick,policies is not there in production.only for marketing, maximum work donethrough contract ,

Very poor behavioural attitude of directors..Due to thier internal issues among directors &thier thought ultimately employee & organisation suffering.At last by evaluating all circumstances I left the job..As they hold my full and final clearance Cooperation in covid tenure even working for them in peak hrs of covid tenure starts working from 11 May onward still no salary disbursement by them..
