...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.companay policicies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot positive and the management doesn't address aut issues salary is decent but career growth is there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not giving to new joining

Working at Rajratan give immense pleasure and motivation to worker and employee.The Company Not only provide good infrastructure but also cares for employees by providing many monetary and non monetary incentives.

Being as an operation manager in rajratan was good and gained 4yrs of work exp .The company is good and the management system is also good.

Late working hours 10 -11 hrs working. Some office policies beyond the expectation.

The worst working environment... Very very unprofessional... Lala type company... No attention towards product development...Quality control, customer management...Only politics happens all time...If are on the the luckiest person if you cross here 30 days....!!! Every silly mistake management call at head office in the morning 09:00 AM and must have to wait for meeting till 4:00PM without any interval ...sit straight like a robot for 6-8 hrs...!!! Can you believe ...there is no difference in job of sales supervisor, store supervisor, assistant store manager and store manager...even chief and area manager...just clicking pics and send it to management...!!! Totally pathetic environment and negative environment in everywhere in the company.

Politics and no learning of new things... Just become messenger... No matter what you are...(From Sales Supervisor to Cluster Head) !!!
