...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The office timings are perfect for a married lady as its out time is 6pm which is good

...very bad for new joinee it is very difficult for them to sit in that hike cycle. Also no benefits for new joinees, no paid leaves, no hike, no perks.

Don't go there for interview, HR called me three times for an Interview I reached there on time after waiting for an hour, HR informed today's interview is cancelled due CFO is busy in meeting.

Accommodation facilities are much more better than other companies

If you are in contact with higher authorities in company then you retained, otherwise you will not in contact with higher authorities then you don't know when they you dismissed or terminated. All about job security in my company.
