Regular employee exploit contractual and outsource employee. Almost every regular employee is involved in corruption. Bureaucracy is prevalent in RailTel. Boss and subordinate culture is strictly followed.

Good package for fresher. You can enhance your skills on L1 and little bit of l2 levels

If you take stand for your self they start pressuting you other wise. All the reporting managers are good some time baad if you don't give your output perfect. Sometime you give your output but they don't see due to others mistake your have to listen.
