No EPF, no joining letter, no offer letter, no insurance, no skill development training, blind management, no canteen, don't follow their own rules and regulations, HR always try to avoid his work, no appreciation, computers are slow as hell, there are always errors in the system which no-one cares about, very poor salary hike

No Salary, No documentation, No career growth, lots of politics, no learning, No effective management. no cafeteria no free food,no transport available, miserable life working there

Begin a fresher while joining this company, I like how they give equal opportunity to fresher as well as experienced candidate to work in the same environment and learn practically by taking responsibility of the work assigned.

Dislikes

The work life balance is still lacking here as they need to involve employees in making their daily life little enjoyable as they spend most of their day working here. Also, complying with the changing work culture worldwide, Saturday's need to be off.

There were many concern departments like HR, Account and so on but because of head of every department every employee couldn't got opportunity. But In the year 2022 there are so many changes applied in work process. Everyone has defined by their role whether it would be department head or employee.. if any employee does his/her work timely it will show on their worksheet with time/day etc. So no head can stop opportunity for others. But for me because I am directly under the management it was never applied on me apart of initial 1-2 years..

Dislikes

My score goes down Because of there are some timer set on your worksheets and your work was not done on time because of it dependent on other employee work too..
