i am working here from dec. 2017 as a site engineer . the most sever thing in rvnl is job security and package that they paid to site engineers , altough rvnl is a miniratna psu under ministry of railways which have very wide scope in upcomming time. its HR team is wrost . my suggestion if u have time than prepare for some other job , if u dont have time and need job than u can join with rvnl hand where u take experiance from here and try to switch to other company for better package and wok balance.

Plz Do not Waste your precious time in this type of organisation.you can join other railway public sector like Rites,DFCCIL,ircon etc.
