1. They don't disburse stipend on time to the interns. 2. Everytime there is a salary cut or your salary goes on hold for months after months. 3. While joining they will show a salary structure which they do not follow at all. 4. They disburse salary amount on their wish. You will never get the fixed salary in hand even if it is promised at the time of your joining. 5. They don't have credibility in the market. 6. Revenue generating pattern is ridiculous. 7. No matter how much hard work you do at the end of the month they are not happy. 8. You can never satisfy them with your work. 9. Join here only if you are need of money otherwise they don't even value your degree of qualification. Only cheap labours are good fit in this organization.

I can say on behalf my tenure,it was not more than a shop , a general store with same mind set owner.

Dislikes

1. No transparency 2. No training 3. Intentionally blocking for long hours 4. Nonprofessional behavior and communication from owner 5. No future goal,no work management 6. Owner denied on call to me to share my form 16 as he was not angry with me to give review about parking facility on google map
