Head of South behavior, prioritizing the spoon feeders,black mailing both sides means with the company and people. 360 degrees harassment by him for non spoon feeders or individual who has quality. This company in volumes never grows till this likes and dislikes all these in southern region. South is major contributor to the company. Spoon feeders will work from there home, region coordinator will do favor to the spoon feeders as Head south PA. OMGlot more can't write here.... MD and company and brand is excellent. Work life balance Because you can terminate any time without any intimation or notice So you can get time for your family

You can learn nothing You can forget your skill because you don't show your skill You have to work only as per company policy not require your skill and experience You will never get increment even after 10 years

Really it not a very impressive company to improve your self it's on a average because , management very poor , rules are not follow in company so it's called very unanthtic none scope not valueable company

I was called for interview and told they can give me unto 80k per month for maintenance manager and when i reached there and clear the interview than they called we can give you 40k, when i agree to interview i already ask about salary minimum 60k per month.
