You get a salary and a place to sit in front of a computer. You can get coffee or tea in cafeteria. Office politics are too high. I've seen office politics but it's way too terrible here. You are taken for granted and considered as expendable. HR is god and you've to do what they say. The low end staff get rubbed in the face for the lethargy of senior management. Hike is a dream and positions are misleading with no huge packages. You cannot learn anything online but top staff can spend time on FB, YouTube and other social networks.

I wasted my life in this company but the irony is that I got paid for it as salary which I had to spend on my health that I lost over the years.

Interview process is quite funny anyone can be selected as company doesn't follow any standard hiring process. :D

Dislikes

ADK Rage suffers from a toxic work culture dominated by office politics and favoritism, where merit often takes a backseat to sycophancy. This creates a demotivating environment, making it hard for genuine talent to thrive.

Nothing. Just nothing . I have been working in Rage for a year and 2 months and every time I have been only searching for motivation to go to work. I have hardly left the company on time. Leave about on time not even by 10 pm. Officially it's Monday to Friday working but you will always be assigned something or the other during the weekends. I have many times worked till late in the midnight till 2-3 am.

There is literally no work life balance. This is also a common feedback from any employees from Rage. Majority of the projects they acquire is only of data entry just in different Cms tools.
