....5 lakhs of bond for 2 years.once you are in then you have to complete the bond. But if you leave after completion of your bond then you have to pay more than 50k . Because they have this kind of different rules and policies that whatever time you leave this organisation minimum amount ( it's almost around 70-80k) you have to pay to get your reliving letter. If you want to care about your mental health and manage work life balance please please do not join this organisation at all. I can write essay here but I don't want to 😊 Seniors (tech leads)will threatened you with lots of new rules and regulations. They have to understand this is not school or college it's a corporate office. Guys grow up ..... I wish I can give less than 1 star😊

Note : I will tell you only my experience some other person can have some other opinion. Worst company ever I seen or heard. Lot of politics is there. No projects.They will keep you in bench throughout the year and then whenever Appraisal will come they will show you that you were not working this year so we will not give you single penny. Employment bond is their main weapon to keep employees for 2 yrs. They also do employment bond for experience professional as well. No salary standards are there like new joinees are coming with higher packages than experience professionals working there from 3yrs. They introduced performance pay this year the criteria was very weird it's like impossible. We can easily see their intent that they don't want to pay you any penny as performance pay. Don't trust on their digital marketing campaigns. Mostly are done by forcefully with employees. Location of company is very weird. As my opinion 2 major things you have to see before joining company. 1) obviously salary 2) Quality work which will be helping you guys to growth in future. Both of the things you will not get here according to my opinion.

...it process. I would change my career rather join this company. Donkey like work. Forced to work long hours and weekends and no compensation. Take leave and you are hated. Sh**ty processes to follow. Suggest a good thing and you are bad in the eyes of Egoistic managers. Visionless top management. Force interns to write good/scripted reviews on social/professional platforms. Force employees to agree upon not to write negative (actual reviews actually) anywhere when they are leaving. Egoistic middle management. Their ego is out of this world. Demoralizing culture, toxic environment. Hell for those who work hard, and lickers are back-patted in every way. If you are 200% YES GUY, join this circus.

I have already left Radix last year, so genuinely no comments on this. :) But I have heard that they have not layed-off any employee which is a good part.

...ersonal growth until and unless company needs a person to learn that stuff. They have bond, which they don't even allow employees to pay in instalments. I wanted to leave the company and I asked them to pay 90% (in lac) of the amount straightaway way, and 10% (of the amount next month when I receive my next month’s salary. I even offered them a pre written cheque of the 10% amount dated of next month, but they didn’t allow me to do that. 🙂 They don't see a person’s effort and input or work efficiency, but rather than an employee is evaluated on the bases of 1) how many hours he has spent in the office 2) how much time he stays silent because if a person speaks a bit then he is categorised as non efficient person.
