There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.

Dislikes

... become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable. Career Growth: Not recommended for young professionals seeking to grow their career, as the environment is not conducive to development. Lack of exposure, opportunities and fixated skills which would render useless when switching. Management: Lot of mismanagement the VPs aren't aware of. Poor onboarding experience in terms of learning and exposure of new hires.

...y just take the work from you and when work is completed they will throw out. 4. Salary wise no rules, 2yrs experience employees will be paid more then 6 yrs experience person. 5. Plz don't join this company by seeing total salary offered as it will be 20% more then actual

HR team is slow at times to respond to employee's queries. Besides that nothing else I could recall.

A very good place to learn and grow in the telecommunication domain. Good work-life balance Good work culture Easily approachable higher management Good job security Very good (and free) food.

Dislikes

No transport facility Freshers will have a lesser salary compared to the market. Sometimes work-life balance goes on the toss.

A good salary, yearly bonus and benefits for employees. Many good projects are there but not only in some of the teams. Letting some old employees hang on projects to give support and giving new projects to new employees happens quite often. Salary and learning opportunities are good for at the entry level.

Dislikes

Many senior level employees do not have any technical knowledge and are still supported and promoted. Letting old employees hang on to the old projects for support and giving new projects to the new employees happens quite often. However, work and work life balance depends on the manager. Some are quite cool while some might disrupt all of it.
