It's good company technology wise,

1. If you perform well still they can ask you to leave due to internal politics. 2. Most of high ratings to company is given by new employees as HR will force them to give rating. 3. They just take the work from you and when work is completed they will throw out. 4. Salary wise no rules, 2yrs experience employees will be paid more then 6 yrs experience person. 5. There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.

Company Culture: The company has a poor culture unless you're planning to stay long-term and become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable. Career Growth: Not recommended for young professionals seeking to grow their career, as the environment is not conducive to development. Lack of exposure, opportunities and fixated skills which would render useless when switching. Management: Lot of mismanagement the VPs aren't aware of. Nothing much to like. Neither manager nor the employees, hard to get help. No job security...you Can get fired easily if there is no project of your suit....they won't try to train you for other project

Certain Projects have very well defined learning path. Work from Home flexibility : 3 days WFH/week.

Dislikes

HR : They hide the details of variable clause while hiring . Engineering : Certain departments have a highly biased attitude based on your past company , a decision is made for your career path while hiring itself and it wont change even if you are the best performing. You can still lag behind referred or candidates from companies like samsung even after multi year performances.
