It was very near by to my home so less travelling was the main reason I liked about radisson Mumbai goregaon. Also after working for 3.5 years it was like my second home because I had to spent maximum working hours there after my home. Hygiene wise too hotel is okay. Safety n security which is most imp concern for any individual is 100%.

Dislikes

All the staff here were too arrogant and quite aggressive even on minor issues. But I will write on my from the perception of kitchen Lack of staffing & Salary are d key reason of demotivation. No appreciation only partiality. Sycophants are the most beneficiaries when it comes to appreciation and promotions. Hardworking employees especially in kitchen mostly go unnoticed. Techniques works more than hardwork in the kitchen. Technique means techniques of imposing your task on your co-employees is the trend works in the kitchen. Minus point is the more you work hard the more you ll be made to do for the same. Formula for success here is you need to be more sycophant if you need to grow hard work has no value for growth. Kitchen staffs are imposed with double triple task to take care of not only guests'food n parties but also staff food including lunch dinner, hi teas, events n staff functions. Mean even for staff parties kitchen staffs' duty gets double.

It's a great feeling working with the brand like Radisson.If someone wants to make their future bright must work for Radisson.

I want to write everything very true.Where I am working the main issue is salary.We are getting the lowest salary .Staff and especially our superiors are nice with the nature.

The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.

Very bad management bad system bad time in terms of salary there is no restriction they leave very late leave from duty after seeing the atmosphere there I joined another property after seven months

Nothing too much I have good experience with Radisson Blu Dwarka, but not in Ranchi

...xcellent but the few people who working they think they are doing every thing. Becouse of that this year thos employee left the organisation the didn't get the bonus One suggestion please resignation notice period time.

None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.

Dislikes

HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.
