No to much work presser. and salary never come on time always fight with management after that we got the salary after date of 20 .

TO much politics in the HK department. big problem is that there is not proper shift timing. it is according to the boss when they reached in hotel after that all GSA & SUPERVISOR work timing is start.And when they leave in the evening then shift can leave the hotel,

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

Dislikes

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.

...f records it is ALWAYS more than that because of the rush and responsibilities..and on top of that there is no overtime given for your extra work but they will definitely cut your salary if you spend 5 less minutes than the login hours required. Truth of hospitality industry.
