Radise is good at threatening the employee, no benefits, no peace of mind, they will give irrelevant work which is not part of your roles or responsibilites.

Since it was a startup, there was not much presence in India, need to start making a brand name and ready for bigger stage

Very simple and we can learn a lot.

No one knows what fellow coleuges are doing. At the time of appraisal RM are kept away from the process and someone who does not what we do will bargain with us. We need to fight for everything to get done.

Here We get the opportunity to learn and implement. Company Focus on the development of the Employee as well as at same time Work balance also.

There are nothing to deslike as of now. Everything is good and we are making it perfect.

It's been a almost more than 2 month working here as HR Intern .It was a great learning experience plus my seniors are very supportive , kind and helpful . The work environment is very friendly and positive.
