Well balanced travel and working environment mostly one week in tour next week in local like wise I worked here. Based our convience we can plan our site in the tour. It's actually give peace of mind to complete the work with in the schedule. This the key institute to get many opportunities to meet Radiological Equipment Manufacturers and dealers. The company(calibration laboratory) is NABL accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025.. Got very good experiance to enhance my skill. Learned to solve difficult tasks like execution of NABL audit, audit documentation, uncertainty measurements, repairing of units etc...

The best things that make me to work in this, for this company and for me is the independent environment. RPL always allows its employee to grow them-self by allowing the employee to execute the task independently. One of "the company" who allows you to lead the task/project keeping trust on you and allow it to execute the way you want. Sharing of knowledge was always equal among the fellow staff whether it's at a junior level or at a senior level.
