Job Description
- Communication through emails and phone calls with customers for their service requirements
- Sending quotes to customers
- Recording the quotations, follow-ups and other discussions in CRM system
- Updating service-related records such as service request forms, task sheet, customer feedback form etc.
- Ensuring timely completion of service by Co-ordinating with the customer and company's technical team
- Follow-up for pending payments
- Printing and scanning of test reports
- Emailing and couriering test reports to customers
- Complete forms for customers for submission on the online portal
- This job does not involve travelling
- Complete training on each of the above-mentioned job function will be provided by the company
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
