The upper management is worst. There is no job security and satisfaction. They will always pressure you for primary and no support for secondary. 0 value of words of upper management specially that co-founder, such a cheap and brainless person.

Can join any department other than finance, sale and Marketing Salary on time mostly. Office location is good.

Dislikes

For all the finance related decision Management is totally dependent on external consultant cum auditors which makes it like lala baniya culture. Too much of favoritism in salary and promotion.

...ry task in hand. I am given the freedom to take my own decisions and take risks. Sometimes risks pays off, sometime it doesn't but no one questions you about why did the risk not pay off. Instead they are happy that an employee is trying to take different approach for a task.

Dislikes

1. Company should work towards Upskilling through various training programs. 2. Outbounds are not thought of. These are team building and motivational activities that should be thought of. 3. Appraisals are not upto the mark for an industry leading startup. They want employees to work like a startup (day in and day out) but when it comes to compensation, they behave like an established fmcg company. 4. ESOPs and other employee benefits should be introduced.

Terrible management, No work culture always need to do buttering to next level managers. No job security. I strongly recommend every one whoever got any job vacancy in this company, kindly don't join. It will spoil your career.

...eague are supportive but higher management is worst. No ethics, No work culture. Only good part is salary come on time.
