Work from home . Many many thanks to HR Head Mr. Munish Walia sir. Thanks to Assist manager Amrendra Patel , Dheeraj and Deepak sir for training support and all my colleague for project help and and support.

Dislikes

Unnecessary salary deduction even after full login hours i.e 9 hours. I was working 12 hours. There is no fixed week off. Even if an employee is in week off then there is no value of week off Seniors may ask for office work. Not all Seniors but most seniors don't know the actual process knowledge.i.e incomplete information about the project rules and regulations.Due to this unnecessary disputes and conflict regarding the project works and work management.

My salary hold this company for last 22 days and am asking so that's answered me you are not filled fnf form that's why your salary hold. And I was working this organisation I was moved another process. Because process is rampdown. I was working full month of November but I received salary only 8 days.

When I was working at Radical Minds then there was such a bad environment and the management so that's why I left the company.

My experience was very bad in reafical mind just because of salary. If you would not taki any LDP and half day then also they were deducting money from your salary of those thing.

The biggest bad thing was if you were sporting your seniors on your weekoff day they were not giving off after taking help of your weekoff

Good work environment and culture. No pressure of work or overload of work

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company doesn't promote the deserving candidates.
