1. If we delay to punch & to send Good morning mail to HR/Director, then half day salary will get cut. 2. No Mediclaim provided by company. 3. No Saturday holiday, hence no work life balance 4. More work load, more pressure by General manager of company. 5. Company management will not pay your diwali bouns once you left company. 6. While joining, they kept Rs. 25,000/- aside as a loyalty bonus which they gave you once you completed your 280 working days approx. But many employees unable to complete 280 working days due to medical/family/other reasons, Also if they left company before completing 280 days, then nothing will be paid by company. That how they make you fool. If you are not believe on above feedback, then ask to people who left company on LinkedIn.
