They will not pay the committed salary, they have paid 50 % of the salary what they committed on appointment letter, no EPF - No medical or ESI. Race pharmaceuticals is a scam.

i dint like anything in this company

...s company from nov'16. But still i dint received any benefits from this company. Due to this Covid 19 Storm, We all are suffering but they did not give full salary for last month working days.

We had good managers but they found less time to turn around undulating sales .the top management team must be stable .the md is ambitious but bot giving time to resuscitate the organisation .they have poor product or brand management .they have to establish brands .lot of internal politics .high turnover. These are also the feed back given by colleagues who left it . The organisation is potential but suufocated by higher eschelons .

...sip .top management spies on all.people are divided and ruled .false promises .delayed salary .only doctor service .poor middle management .

No Appointment Letter will be given to any personnel joining the company. Every person in the company is expected to do the same "meet 12 doctors, promote products, take POB" everyday..... immaterial of a Medical Representative or the Marketing Manager
