Racanaa has the best managers who not only groom you professionally but have been a great support personally. I had an opportunity to work with most toughest customers in the industry but the Data Engineering Team, NOC, Ops Team have extended their support for our success. HR policies are on par with any MNC. Very transparent and HR is not biased towards any individual. Very professional and calm headed person.

If there was something to dislike I wouldn’t have stayed for 3 years. Racanaa is an extended family for many employees working here

The worst part of working in analysis team is data is ambiguous.. people bluff about savings many customers came and left as they were given some pathetic solutions for energy savings. In every client meeting the savings ll be promised without any prior research. There is no organised way of working people work according to their convenience. Especially HR and Team lead of Energy Analysis they think that they run the company. HR blindly trusts the lead..she doesn't have her own brain. Trainee are hired from diff colleges they will make them work in all the teams for 1 or 2 month and then they will decide their performance of the analysis team lead approves your performance they ll keep the employees or else they will fire. The technology is not good, the temperature sensor has issues as it reads some random data..which makes no sense. There are no specific objectives. HR hires you if you have financial dependency thinking people will not resign as they need money. The iteration rate here is 6 months. Not a very good start up to work as there is no job security. People don't know where they are heading. Before they were working on mathematical modelling and later they removed the modelling team. Practically they don't know in which direction the company is heading. It's just 4 years they are still figuring out the direction

i would like to learn the things about our system. I got opportunity to do the R&D. I am getting salary on the time.

Dislikes

There are two working culture. For field have 6 working days and for Office have five working days. Whatever they doing celebration in the office field people are not invited. in the field, there is no work schedule at the any time you have visit the sites and have to prepare the report. Need to validate all the mails after visiting the sites. We are not getting personal time for cooking as well......

Growing opportunity is less. Not have structured process to follow. Boss have a big nose so never deny to any of their decisions even if it's wrong.
