First of all this is not MNC, Dont expect anything from them expect salary. They charge to employees for Health insurance as well. HR and Management team is very rude, unprofessional and Unethical people. never delivered their promise about appraisal and promotions. 1) No Career growth. Don't expect yearly appraisal or promotions, Work cultire is really worst. 2) HR never answer your queries on time 3) No Mediclaim, No incentives, NO Yearly Bonus 4) No job Security at all, they have Hire and fired Policy

Here in R4 there is no job security and no appraisals at all. HR is not good. This is completely night shift and there is no allowance. Good thing is permanent remote job.

I like the process and the work environment. This is good company to grow further. HR team is very polite and respond quickly. Also senior are very helpful and supportive about project.

Most unethical and fraud firm . They hire and they can fire the candidates without giving any notice period and based on some data which used to be tell by team leader who is not clear in her data. No professionalism, even the firm work on bases of religion and caste. Team leader will be happy with you till the time you allow her to enter in your personal life.

I was working in this company from 2020 to 2022and it was a nice journey. I have learnt a lot of new domain and AD working. It is a super work place where you can learn multitasking softwares which help you to find the more apportunity further. After this company I have selected for HCL Tech. Thank you R4 for helping me to achieve my goals.
