Just like other blood sucking company R1 has also lower their standard.Now they work like BPO whose HR will behave like cute culprits and make you join them on lowest package they can offer then will put you in different type of work process where you don't have any prior experiences but they will tell you to learn just for your job sake or salary

Dislikes

They have a best software called Prohance where either you finish your work in few hours but they will make you sit for whole 9 asking for to complete 9 hour and 7 hour PTOSs, also alot time acquire for traveling. Your 9 hours will feel you like 13 or 14.

They are firing people during COVID-19 by giving "C" rating and "PIP". Please never join this company.

Dislikes

...ing in R1 is my biggest mistake. I suggest and request, never join this comapny. Managers and GMs fire employees every year even during this COVID-19 period for their job security for cost cutting because of two reason, a) employee is more technical and one day he may cross his lead/manager b) employee is cool calm and down to earth (bali ka bakra). There is no promotion for 4 to 5 years until you directly go to 3 level up and knock their door hard.. You will have to beg for your own leaves and if you take the leave, you will be given "C" rating with "PIP". No worth of your skill and talent. If you are able to get along well with your lead or manager and saluting him then your job is safe or else you are on the tip of firing sword. Managers are non technical they have blind faith on Leads who know how to make fool of them and Leads only save those employee who do buttering of their leads. Big partiality happens during promotions......Lot of things to share.... but bottom line is never join this company.

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Nothing is good Very bad company.Work Pressure and Manager do Work From Home and told employees to work from Office

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you
