...anies out there, R1 work place is good but people ( higher level ) are not good. Now a days R1 is not offering good package too.

...sure. Two way cab. Management is good and will listen to the employees concerns. Pay is good per market standards & experience, comparing to other well known companies.

Dislikes

Quality matrix is not good. You will struggle to maintain the Monthly quality. Auditors will dominate the coders. You will not get WFH Forever if you get assigned in certain projects.

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

Balanced work and personal life, Management is too supportive and understand the limitations and challenges of every employee and work towards the improvement areas

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you
