They will provide you toughest inventory to work on weekdays & all of sudden they will find easiest allocation on Friday night to cover up your Deficit & they will ask you to work on weekend to reach your weekly number. Even, if you aren't well or Hospitalised then also, you've leverage of only 2 leaves after that your target will be considered while evaluating your performance. For ex. If you target is 30 for a day then for a month (30×21 working days = 630) & you take 5 leaves then your target will be calculated on the basis of 19 working days instead of 16, so you won't be able to go for a family holiday/hospitalise bcoz your performance will be hampered

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you

...anies out there, R1 work place is good but people ( higher level ) are not good. Now a days R1 is not offering good package too.
