In September, 2017 I was appointed as trainee and after that my journey started of growing with the company. Company offers friendly environment and it’s like our second home. Company even provides flexible working timing and all employees are always ready to help each other in all possible ways.

Dislikes

I personally feels like R wadiwala family is just perfect to work. But comparing its salary with other IT employee’s I felt sometime I was under paid.

Work environment.... Peers and Management's support... Training & Learning initiatives ( Indoor training and Outdoor trainings as well).... On the job training to fresher....Very nice company to start career with...

Dislikes

compensation and slow growth issues facing by employees.

Positive environment, family like feeling, strong support, emphasis to understand the logic, good incentives, strong value system, good ethics

Dislikes

Scope of promotion of limited as the structure is flat. But that is also positive in other ways.

Team mates are supportive. Cantina for lunch. AC in office working.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address any issues. They don't have any solution, they only gives problems. No hikes in position and take home.

The Managing Directors are very supportive towards the employees.

Dislikes

A group of people working together at various levels always give rise to some or the other kind of politics so same was the case with R Wadiwala Securities.
