They have not project to assign. If you are on Bench then every second you will feel that today is your last date and suddenly will get a call from Dhanesh or Tarun(HR) that search for new job. You have maximum 1 week time. After that they will give you 2 months basic salary and one month full salary after FNF. And outside the company if you have no job then you will be under pressure till new job. I don't recommend for this company.

Overall experience is good like manager and team. In terms of salary also they give according to market. Technology wise they do not have much projects on latest one. If you get good project the its good else it will be difficult to work on old technology with a tough client.

Client was not good they do not help much but asking to think your self.

You never know when will they ask you to leave. They only have one major client that is Charter. Other than that they don't have any other project. Even that client have no faith in them they just don't give them projects easily. So avoid joining 5his company

No Variable pay component in salary is only the best thing

Hire and Fire policy, Job instability, Zero job security, Appraisals on basis of terms with managers, Zero innovation as older staff loves to follow only traditional methods(against implementing new things). New resources are never able to perform their best as senior resources never help due to their internal politics and personal agenda. Don't pay compensation such as relocation expenses. No flexible timings, No work from home, No on job training, Zero skill development and Learning, No Agile implementation in projects, No process followed in teams & projects,Managers don't value individuals skill set and unique strengths. Higher management least interested in any of the fields. Pathetic work environment and company culture due to lack of professionalism and internal politics among senior employees. No proper parking and proper transport, No proper recreational centers.
