It is a good company to work and the environment is nice and credited a salary on time.

Dislikes

We need to work rotational shifts and not fixed salary, pick up facility only for night shift and drop facility only for second shift. Not growing our salary and very less hike and promotions.

Its one of the best employee friendly company in Trivandrum. Work culture is great, you don't feel like working. Trust me you may have more fun here than your college. Management are very lenient towards employees. Cab service and food for people doing night shift are completely free.

TBH, Salary structure provided is very low compared to other big companies. Increment and other incentives are also very less. Apart from that, everything is perfect

Regarding covid-19 they are a fantastic job.. appreciate it.

...ny is good. But my ratings are only based on my team. Appraisal asusual too low. But the only good thing when comes on money is the bonus! Then now a days no job security as well. People are sitting more than 5 years in the same role they are been fired. They should think why they are sitting for 5 years. Because senior people's are sitting more than 15 years in a position. Management needs to take a concern on them first, rather than taking this kind of decisions. No cabs for double way. That is main negative point. Company gives opportunities but some team never does that!

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

... company to work and get career improvement. Lot of opportunity to grow up well. They provide good salary and appraisal. I have bunch of colleagues including Manager and TL. I also like the employees rehire policy here

Nothing to say dislike. But, sometimes I have to work overtime in a peak periods only.
