Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very good for CA interns as well as experienced CA's. Especially, Paramnoor Singh(managing partner), who is not only a promising personality but also a visionary leader, always tries to find out new ways to solve problems. Though, I am not a part of this firm now. But my learning from this firm will help me to achieve my goals quickly and efficiently.
