Ya this job is quite better but I need the more salary in it .. and also there is not a good way in work done there there is no timetable for the job.... you have to be do the work at any time

This company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology.ilove the facts that I am part of a team that high quality products and has a global clients based.I had opportunity for skill and knowledge about system Gia lamia press operator and maintenance, because this type of implementation in India first time so I am glad that I have worked with them.another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background and We work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is always very high.Every time I have to work 14-16 hour's straight in a day as I have to attend sometimes 24hrs.HOD don't value an individual's unique strengths, Which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of times.Also when fresher came to job,on their time I have training for fresher,in working time this is painfully sometimes.

This company have a mega area to make tile and it's have lots machinery equipment and various departments like press department polishing department cleaning department packing department and all machinery are fully atomatic

There is in the company you have to work 12 hours daily there is no holiday as a Sunday this thing company has should change
