1.The behaviour of the juniors to the fresher as well as to the seniors is terrible. 2.Favourism for some people. 3.The juniors who joined company in 6/7 months they are giving a lecture for 1/2 hr what you have to do or what not just taking example like what you have to write in a mail you can't talk to the management about being permanent employee of that company or about the increment . And for this lecture management allow them. 4.Leave policy will be changed 2/3 times in a year so you can't escape from this. 5.When you decided to leave the management behaviour towards you is terrible. 6. There is no job security if the management and some favourite people decided to dismissed you then they do that. 7. Continuously the some people are bullying you but there is no action taken against them. 8.If you think I am wrong then join this company and experience every point. 9.When you leave after contacting so many times then you receive your documents. 10.Bad environment to work .
