It was better before but nothing remains these days.

Dislikes

Culture, job security, unprofessional behaviour, not even helpful. Only gonnaa pay 21200 to new joinee, till 1.5 year then gonna increase 3k only and pg rent is 13k minimum. You only know 9 am is login time but log out depends sometimes next day.

... been told by gr but that is not the case You will have to sit for 11 to 13 hrs. Salary is also not good according to the work they give. Your personal life is finished completely.Due to which employees in bulk left this company. I recommend you to look for some another job.As actual salary is approx 32.5k but they only give you 21k rest be in bonus after you have completed your 1 yr

Give hiring chance to freshers. Salary is suitable as per the industrial level.

Dislikes

They will not invest in your personal skill development. Senior management is worst of all, they will judge your performance as how long hours is someone is willing to work without pay, if you will work over time 14 hours or more without pay then only they will consider you for any appraisal or promotion.

...promises. Many of people around 150-200 are lost their job without any reason... When too many projects were in thr process, all the employee work together without seeing any time limit without any overtime pay...now this the result of the effort of all the employees who worked together for quislex at the emergency situation, now they got resigned.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and there are no extra pay regarding transportation or over time pay.
